If you have added a manager and they cannot view your results within their portal there are a few checks to make.
- Check the manager has a registered account with Living DNA.
- Check within the DNA profiles section to see if the email address has been saved within the permissions section. If there is no email address within this fill the email in again and ensure the save button is clicked before leaving the page.
- If the email address has been saved within the permissions section of the DNA profiles section then the manager should log out of Living DNA and clear browsing data before logging back in.
