- Please get in touch with us providing us with your order reference number and the LD reference number of the kit at email@example.com.
- You do not have to return the kit but we do ask that you recycle all that you can and dispose of the rest. We will be able to decommission the kit.
- You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the Services. This will not include the additional cost of any premium delivery service charged to you at your request. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation.
- We refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay. We will refund the full amount that was paid for the Service, minus any additional postage costs (i.e. the amount in excess of our standard delivery costs) if your sampling kit was, at your election, delivered using a premium delivery service
We are not able to provide a refund for digital or personalised products if you change your mind, this is because the processing starts instantly, as soon as the order has been received.
