Sometimes we all change our minds about things, and buying a personalised book of your DNA results is no exception.
Unfortunately, due to the personalised nature of the book and the speed at which they are printed, sometimes it isn’t possible for us to stop the printing process.
If you would like to cancel your book, and you have not yet received your results, please get in touch with our Customer Service team by email (email@example.com), by phone (0203 424 3482), or using our Contact Us page (click here) as soon as you can so that we can stop the process and offer a refund.
If you have received your results, whether you purchased the book before or after you received your results, the book has already gone to print and we cannot then stop the process.
We are sorry, but due to the personalised nature of the book, we aren’t able to offer a refund if you change your mind once the order has been placed with our printers.
