When you activate your kit, we ask you to enter the name of the person being tested. This is the name we will print on the book, exactly as it is entered.
If you have entered the name incorrectly and have not yet received results online, don’t panic! You can change the name easily in your portal.
If you would like to buy a book after you receive your results, please go through this process before purchasing to ensure there are no errors when you receive a book. We cannot refund or replace any personalised books due to misspelled names. The pop-up below will appear for you to check the name during the ordering process.
If the name needs to be changed, please make sure you’ve logged in and selected the test you'd like a book for, then click on ‘My Account’ at the top right.
In User Settings, you can change the Profile Details by clicking on ‘Edit’.
Here you can change the spelling in the Name field.
This will be the name that gets printed on your book.
