What are the last dates I can place my order before Christmas?
The very last dates we'd recommend placing your order to receive your kit before the 25th of December varies depending on where you are in the world. Please see the table below

What should I do if my kit doesn't arrive in time?
The most important thing is not to panic!
If your kit hasn't arrived in time, get in touch with our friendly customer support team by emailing help@livingdna.com. We'll be open until 5pm GMT on the 24th, and our usual response time is within just a few hours if you get in touch during working hours.
We will be able to send you a branded card for your recipient, apologising for the delay and letting them know just what you've got them. You can send this by email or print it out at home to give your recipient.
