I've bought my kit from somewhere else - can I use it?

We’ve had a few queries recently about kits that have been bought from individual resellers.

We can only honour a kit if we can verify that you’ve bought it from us or one of our authorised partners, so if you have found a low-priced kit on eBay, Mercari, Facebook, or other sites where you buy directly from an individual person, we are very sorry, but you will not be able to use it.

We have also seen some kits being sold on Amazon through unauthorised third parties.  We are investigating where these kits have come from. We are not able to test samples from these kits either.
