How do I download my raw data?

If you have taken a Living DNA test you will be able to download your raw data for free. This includes autosomal, mTDNA and Y-DNA. 

To do this, please follow these steps;

1. Log into your Living DNA account https://my.livingdna.com/health/signin

2. Click on the name on the top right corner of the screen- this reveals a drop-down menu. Select "Profiles."

4. The Profiles page will then load listing all the test profiles you manage in your account. Select the download symbol for your desired test. 

3. Read the information and if you agree, select the consent box. You will then have the choice to select the different data options to download your raw data. 

N.B. If you are downloading your raw data to use on other DNA websites, you will need the autosomal raw data file.
