If your results have not changed there are a few reasons why this could be.
It could be because you have the most up to date version of your results and there are no updates available to you at this time. We are continuously developing our panels and providing further detailed regional and subregional breakdowns, so updates will be offered to you when we have them available.
Your results may not have changed because you have not yet followed the steps needed to receive your updated results. You will need to do this before receiving an update. We do not do this without your consent. If you can see in the top right-hand side of your portal screen the option to receive a free update then you will need to click on this and continue through the stages to update your results. This can take up to 48 hours for the update to be completed.
