There are a few things that could lead to your results not updating.
You might already have the most up to date version of your results, and there are no updates available to you at this time. We are continuously developing our panels and providing further detailed regional and subregional breakdowns, so updates will be offered to you when we have them available.
Or, your results may not have changed because you haven't yet followed the steps needed to update your results. You will need to do this before receiving an update, as we don't do this without your consent.
If you can the option to receive a free update in your portal, please click on it and continue through the stages to update your results. This can take up to 48 hours for the update to complete.
