Why Is Activation Important?
Activating the kit is a really important process, that allows you to provide us with information about who is giving the sample, and confirming to us that this person has provided consent. We are unable to proceed with any testing before the kit has been activated.
If you send the sample to us before activating we will store it for 30 days and get in touch to help you with activation.
Activate your kit in 4 simple steps.
Step 1.
Create or sign in to your account, and click 'Activate.'
Step 2.
Enter your 12 character activation code and click Continue.
Step 3.
Fill out the details of who the sample is for. You will need their full name, date of birth, and place of birth.
Step 4.
Click on 'Activate Kit' to complete activation.
Handy Tips
- You need to create an account before activating, purchasing the kit doesn't automatically create your account.
- If your activation code isn't accepted, please double check the characters. Some characters are often mistaken for one another - such as B and 8 or J and 3.
- You do not need to add the hyphen between the code, as this is done for you automatically.
- The letters must be capitalised.
- We advise using the most up to date version of Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox to activate the kit.
- Some security features of programs such as Kaspersky can affect the success of activation.
- You can activate as many kits as you wish under a single account, as long as you have the consent of the person taking the sample.
