Your Recent Ancestry results will show you where your ancestors have come from in more recent times - usually up to 10 generations but more accurately over 5-6 generations - based on your autosomal DNA.
Your Archaic Human ancestors lived many thousands of generations before this, and their contributions to your DNA will not be large enough to be picked up in the ancestry test.
This means that your Neanderthal or Denisovan results might show some very different regions to your Recent Ancestry results, but this is expected and completely normal due to human migration.
