How do I switch between profiles on my account?

You can have multiple profiles in your Living DNA account. This might be because you're looking after someone else's DNA results due to age or illness, or because you've tested with several companies and uploaded your data to us. Whatever the reason, you will need to switch between your profiles to see different results.

Switching between profiles is easy - it can be done in 3 clicks.

1. Click on your profile picture at the top right of your screen to open the menu.

2. Select 'Change Profile' from the drop-down

3. Select the profile you'd like to view.

You can then navigate around your other profile to view all of the results available, and switch back when you're ready!
