What is the Living DNA store?

The ‘store’ section of your portal allows you to purchase upgrades and merchandise, such as the personalised ancestry book. The store is tailored to you and your test. 

How to access the store. 

Login to your Living DNA account here. 

Click ‘store’ on menu at the top of your screen. There are 6 sections to the store.

Upgrades

The upgrades that are available for your test will appear first when you access the store. 

This will be every upgrade that you can purchase - we won’t show you upgrades you already have for this profile, or that aren’t available for your test.

Each upgrade is available to purchase once per profile. If you have more than one profile and would like to see your Viking results on both, you must purchase the Viking upgrade twice - once for each profile.

DNA Tests

As a Living DNA member, you can access exclusive discounts on test kits through the store in your portal. The price should always be lower than the one offered on our main website.

Vitamin Supplements

With our partners at Vitamin Lab, we offer an exclusive vitamin supplement tailored specifically to your body, based on your genetic profile. You can purchase this from the store here.

Merchandise

You can purchase the personalised hardcover ancestry book, or a downloadable PDF version of it, if you have done a Living DNA full ancestry kit or if you have a recent ancestry upgrade. For more information about the personalised ancestry book, click here.

Health Reports

Living DNA now offers health reports based on the raw genetic data we hold for you - whether you purchased your initial test through us or uploaded your data. There are lots of different reports available, tailored to different goals you might have.

Blood Tests

Blood tests are currently only available to UK based customers. We will update this article if we're able to offer them internationally in the future.

Living DNA's blood tests are designed to help you track biomarkers such as iron or hormones over time, allowing you to track changes in your body and adjust your lifestyle accordingly.
