If you can no longer view a test that you previously could, your manager status may have been removed by the DNA profile owner.
The person who provided the sample is the owner of the test and is the only person who can appoint a manager to their profile.
There are two situations where the owner of the test might not be able to give their permission directly:
- If the person is under 16 and you are their legal guardian.
- If the person is deceased and you are their next of kin
