Physical Kits
We understand that sometimes things change, or you might purchase a few more kits than you actually need.
You may cancel your order at any time prior to your kit being dispatched (and the contract becomes binding) for a full refund.
You may also, cancel within 14 days after you receive your dispatch update.
If it has been less than 14 days since the dispatch of your kit, as per our terms and conditions, then to cancel your order please get in touch with us providing us with your order reference number and the LD reference number of the kit at help@livingdna.com.
- You do not have to return the kit but we do ask that you recycle all that you can and dispose of the rest. We will be able to decommission the kit rendering it unusable.
- You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for the Services. This will not include the additional cost of any premium delivery service charged to you at your request. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation.
- We refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay. We will refund the full amount that was paid for the Service, minus any additional postage costs (i.e. the amount in excess of our standard delivery costs) if your sampling kit was, at your election, delivered using a premium delivery service
Digital products
We are not able to provide a refund for digital or personalised products if you change your mind, this is because the processing starts instantly, as soon as the order has been received.
