I didn't get my validation email!

During the process of registration, we will send an email to the address you provide.

This email contains a one-time use link that you need to click to return to the site, set your password, and finish activating the kit. 

Our emails do sometimes get filtered, so please check your spam or trash folder so you don't miss any messages from us! We have also found that on rare occasions, our emails are being treated as spam and then blocked by some internet service providers, meaning that the emails just don't ever reach you.

Of course, if this email is not received, please let us know and we will investigate further for you.
