If you see an Error 100 message it means that an error has been identified in the browser you are currently using for Living DNA.
Because each browser looks at websites in slightly different ways, one may sometimes encounter problems where another does not - it's a little like trying to read a foreign language you're not entirely familiar with. You may get along quite well until you get to a word or phrase that you don't understand.
To get the best out of your Living DNA portal we advise you use either Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox as your browser.
If you could please log out of your portal and log back in accessing the portal via one of the three recommended browsers you will be able to view your results.
