Help, I have forgotten my password

 Changing your password is a quick and easy step. 

Step 1. 

Visit my.livingdna.com/signin

Step 2. 

Select "Forgot Password?"

Add the email address used to set your account up. 

Once you have entered your email address click the blue 'Send reset link' button. This will send a password reset link to your email address. 

To reset your password click on the link in the email and input a new password. Your password should be unique and it is good practice to use upper case letters, lower case letters, numbers, and special characters in your password. We require that the password is 8 characters long.
