How do I remove a test from my portal?

You can delete individual profiles from your account from within the portal in five easy steps. To begin, please ensure you’re signed in to your Living DNA account in the portal. This is a multi-step process to ensure that accidental deletions are kept to a minimum.

Step 1. Click on your profile picture on the top right of the screen - if you haven't uploaded a profile picture this will look like a light grey circle with a darker grey silhouette - and select ‘Profiles’.

Step 2. Select the profile you would like to permanently remove from your account.

Step 3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see ‘Delete this DNA profile.’ Select ‘Delete’.

Step 4. Select ‘Proceed with deletion’ in the blue bar and follow the steps.

Step 5. Enter your password to confirm the deletion.
