Customers who bought a DNA test from Findmypast were directed to Living DNA to create an account, and all test results were held within Living DNA.
Findmypast is no longer offering DNA testing and as a result the partnership with LivingDNA has come to a natural end.
Findmypast is focused on delivering the best possible online experience for family history researchers by growing and enriching their billions of online records and developing exciting new product features.
Living DNA remains committed to supporting all Findmypast DNA clients. There will be no change to the experience within the Living DNA Platform for clients who purchased a Findmypast test.
If you purchased a Findmypast DNA testing kit, don't worry! You will still have access to your Living DNA results with no change to the service you receive.
