How do I change my account details?

You can update key information linked to your Living DNA account, such as your email address, password, and account name, through the 'Account Information' section.

What’s the Difference Between Account Information and Profile Information?

Your Account Information includes your login email, password, and account holder name. This is used to manage your access to Living DNA.

Steps to Update Your Account Information

1. Log in to your Living DNA account.

2. Click your name at the top right of the screen.

3. Select ‘Profiles’ from the dropdown menu.

4. In the ‘Account Information’ section at the top of the page, click ‘Edit’.

5. Make the necessary changes:

• To update your email address, enter the new email in the appropriate field.

After saving your new email address you will be automatically logged out and will need to use your new email address to log back in.

• To change your password, enter your current password, then create a new one.

• To edit your account name, update the relevant name field.

6. Click ‘Save Changes’.
