How do I delete my account?

You can now delete your account and data from within your Living DNA Portal in 5 steps:

1. Sign in to your Living DNA portal. 

2. Click on your profile picture on the top right of the screen - if you haven't uploaded a profile picture this will look like a light grey circle with a darker grey silhouette - and select 'Account'

3. This loads your account details - Scroll and select 'Permanently delete my account.'

4. Follow the steps, reading the information, and select 'Proceed with deletion', read the points on the next screen and request deletion. 

5. Enter the password to confirm the request.
