When you first create your Living DNA account, you will not see any tests until you complete a kit activation or an upload.
If you have completed an activation or upload, but still see nothing in your account, first check that you are using a browser that is compatible with the Living DNA results portal. The list of web browsers that we aim to support can be found here.
If you are using a supported browser but cannot see anything, we recommend you log out of your portal, clear all cookies and cache for livingdna.com and then close your browser before logging back in.
If you have any third-party extensions installed on your browser, such as ad-blocking software, this may cause issues with the functionality of our results portal.
